Some of you may have already crossed paths with the Supplì from their experiences in the eternal city; for those who have not had this pleasure, the original Supplì consists of a delicious ragù (tomato based meat sauce) risotto formed into a ball-like shape, stuffed with Italian mozzarella cheese and fried with a crispy bread crumb coating.

While recalling the family of the Arancini, the Supplì tends to be smaller in size and surprisingly rich in every bite. The tasteful sauce is well blended inside and not only placed in the center; resulting in a flavourful and substantial snack with an inner heart of melting mozzarella cheese.

We are five friends from high school who are working in London to bring a taste of Roman cuisine to the British capital.
